I ended the bad week well. With an excrusiating bout of gymnastics and good thai. After almost passing out giving blood and haveing a mental part break down about my job-which is SO easy why would I ever give it up -- I have recovered well.

And today was almost 70. I walked off my step-aerobics soreness around the lake and watched the snow melt and smelled the city but ultimately wished I were somewhere else. There were zillions of people out on the lake paths. I slept for the rest of the afternoon and watched tv movies.

Today a life is good. And the windows are open.
