I truly can not believe it has been 32 days since I have updated. In the end of June I embarked on an amazing trip to an island with 4 cool girls and proceeded to have the time of my life.

The let down from said trip, was a bit overwhelming. Yes, please resurect yourself and go back to your crazy awful job in the field you can't believe in again. From perfection I fell into my own personal hell. How did I get so far from my ideal, from what my soul and body want out of life? How do any of us get so far out? I am working to remedy that.

In the month I was away, I did not write at all. Except for the time on the island. And now the words feel jerky, like my transmission after a Rhode Island rain storm. and I know that life is also jerky and needs some extra care to get back on track. I am off my diet, haven't worked out in ages and in rehearsal for a play. I am acting, and can I just tell you, I am not an actress. I don't even want to act. But here I am suseptable to stroking of my ego and a chance to sing.
